Foreword

This is an unusual book in that it is not a story but is many little stories, most of them with a spiritual message.

It covers many situations and gives many answers to the everyday life situations which you meet in your daily round of life.

Both myself and others who have been given a copy of these sittings have found that if you have a problem you can open this book just anywhere and very often find the answer.

These sittings are written in longhand whilst I am in light Trance and whilst I am aware of the actual words being used I never know what the content of the writing is at the end of the session when I close the writing pad. It is not until the next day when it is typed in to the computer that I understand the story. so you will understand when I say they are not my words I really mean they are not my thoughts.

Any interpretation of these sittings are yours and yours alone and if you cannot accept any part of them then that is your prerogative and is quite all right with me.
