Sitting 136: The light of spirit

We would walk again with you dear brother for there are many who would wish for the knowledge we need to impart.

The light of our life on the spirit planes is not like the light of your sun. It is a constant light which reaches us without the need for a sun to rise and set or for a sun to be visible at all. Our light comes from our Creator and all of those higher spirits who stay within our different levels and of course we all have our own inner light which shines forth intermingling with the other lights from our siblings so that the whole is one vast glorious light.

All of this light is used in various ways to comprise the various spiritual levels, one of these levels is of course the physical plane on which a part of you now resides, and we would point out that all of the physical plane is composed of light and that your own spiritual light is used in the composition of your own physical body.

It is said that there are many wondrous things in the universe which are undreamed of on the earth but we would say to you that there are many wondrous things upon the earth which your earthly mind cannot even conceive of and the use of light is one of them.

Your use of light has, in the past century, advanced by leaps and bounds but in reality you are only scratching the surface of the subject. If you will remember that light is the one and only basic material of the universe then you might begin to realise the truth of what we say.
