Sitting 14: Patience and the happy medium

Beloved brother we would come again to your sanctuary to take another step forward on our quest that we might pass on the knowledge which we wish to impart to you and those who would read this.

There are so many things to do in order that those who are at the right level will receive the instructions which they must be told about. The way of life you chose is very important to you and the way you go about it is just as important for your education in the spiritual things you must learn. Patience is one of the important lessons you must learn but it is just as important to know when the time comes to do things instantly without pausing. It would seem that what we have just said is a contradiction but we all know that patience is a virtue and so also is the power to deduce when something must be done instantly. A flower will not grow to its full potential if it does not slowly grow to its full height before forming its seed head and eventually the seed which gives its reason to exist. Conversely it will not produce its seed head if it concentrates all its energy to growing in size. The happy medium is what we must aim for so try at all times to reach that happy medium where the physical and the spiritual are equally combined and you are always on level ground.
