Sitting 201: Staying true to your path

As we gather this evening we would draw your attention to the need to be constant and true to the pathway which you choose to follow and to adhere to that path for so long as it is comfortable to do so. There are so many ways for you to go that it is at times quite hard to select the right one but we would advise that having once chosen a path it is better to stick with it.

There is, of course, always room for advancement and we would always advocate that allowances be made for slight improvements if you find that such measures have been made to you for the sake of improvements to your path or even to your end result.

Always allow things to flow gently towards the light at the end of the tunnel which is your goal and peace and progress will follow
