Sitting 203: Work for other lines of life

Beloved brother we are gathered once again and it is good to proceed with our work with you for tonight we would think about the work which you do for the other lines of life.

You tend your gardens and fields and window boxes and you try to keep everything neat and tidy and to make the plants grow well and prettily with nice blooms and fruits and seeds. Most of the time you find everything goes well but you will find that at some time of each year things will go wrong and you often wonder why, thinking that you have done something wrong. We would point out dear brother that most of the time you have done nothing to cause the problem but that some of us on the spirit side have quite deliberately intervened with the life of the spirit or spirits of the plants to ensure that it or they will go through certain circumstances and thereby progress their spiritual lives just as you of the human species do.

Different lines of life may do different things during their lives on earth but their spiritual lessons are the same as everyone else’s. They just have a different approach to them.
