Sitting 205: How spirits help each other

Beloved brother we would draw close again to continue with our work and we would think of the many ways that we as spirit help our fellow spirits as we bring to you the thoughts which are good and the thoughts which are guidance to the lessons which you need to go through. We do not, at any time, send you bad thoughts for this would be counter productive to the line of learning which you must follow, but at the same time we do not send you thoughts which will deter you from taking the easy route. You yourself must make these decisions and for us to try to influence your choice would be interfering in your freewill choice. We hear your plea when you say why could you not have warned us that to take a certain path will be to inflict yourself with heartache and indeed pain but we would point out ’Again’ that to do so would interfere with your freewill choice and this we must not do at any time.

Always remember that you can change the route of your journey at any time that you wish. You can change the destination you are aiming for and we your helpers are obliged to assist you towards your present goal.

If we were to influence you in any way and you yourself were dissatisfied by our actions then our position as your friend and helper would become intolerable and much harm and self-recrimination would ensue.
