Sitting 208: Respecting the beliefs of others

When we walk through this valley of the physical plane we often wonder why everything is so dark in many places and because you have no inkling of what life really is you cannot see the full reality of this pathway. People tell you this and that and in truth they are correct for themselves and in their estimation they are the only ones who can give this knowledge for it is their only truth. What they know to be true is their light, and their passion and nothing you can say or do will alter the truth that is theirs. They first of all know that our beloved Creator has set up the rules and regulations so that we will all become the perfect followers of these rules and those who do not will be cast aside and will suffer great hardship because of their unfaithfulness.

Those who follow them are the elite who will forever stay in the heavenly realms, looking down on those who have faltered by the wayside and have therefore lost all hope of being redeemed.

You will, in your way, feel sorry for them and many of you will work very hard so that they will come to see the light and the error of their ways.

We would say to you beloved siblings that instead of trying to alter them to believe in your ways, you should encourage them at every opportunity to remain true to their beliefs. It is very likely that in the past you yourself have lived a life very similar to their present beliefs and though you were as they are, you are now on a different level of understanding and you should be able to perceive that their way of understanding is just as valid as your own.

They may not have your knowledge but we would ask you beloved sibling, are you a font of all wisdom and if so why are you here upon this physical plane.

We would recall a time when we explained to all and sundry that Truth is Truth and is constant throughout the universe for all time.
