Sitting 212: Is anyone in charge?

During this pathway to our goal we find many contradictory events which can lead us astray and confuse our map of how things should be.

The fact that we seem to in a place where we have no control over events leads us to believe that we have no one in charge of these events who cares about the pain and misery which we go through leads us also to think that we have no one who is bothered about us, or the anguish we go through.

You cannot begin to realise that what you see and experience has any relation to how you think things are, but only what you think they should be.

What you do not realise is that you are here to experience the things which you never find in the normal level of your life.

In the normal plane of life you cannot experience pain, nor can you find things such as greed, or lust, or sadism, or bullying. You cannot covet other peoples possessions, nor can you steal or plunder.

Your realisation that these things do not exist in the spirit planes leads you to believe that your God does not care about what happens to you and allows all these things to occur

This life we have on the physical plane is like trying to complete a jigsaw puzzle but you only have half the pieces. It is the whole intention of your visit here that this should be so for if you know the answers to the questions then the questions are irrelevant to the teachings.
