Sitting 234: Pain and suffering

Beloved brother we would once again send our love as we draw close to continue with our service to all life.

Tonight we would think of all those who are in pain and suffering upon the Earth and we would stress that except for those who are in distress because of the free will of others, they are there to receive the lessons which their higher self wishes them to go through.

To you upon the earth it seems ludicrous that we would set out to experience pain and suffering by choice, but we would ask you to remember that in the spirit realms there is no pain or suffering, so how can anyone know what it is like unless they experience it personally. All of your lessons and all of your experiences are related to what you will desire to know in the future as a spiritual parent.

If you have no conception of pain then you will not be able to build your spiritual self, as a parent so that your children are in an environment free of any discomfort.

Conversely if you know about pain and suffering you will ensure that your children have a perfect environment where they only experience the pleasures of living, and will need to visit “your” physical plane to learn about trials and tribulations as you are doing now.

By suffering on the physical plane you also ensure that these lessons are only for short periods.
