Sitting 247: Group souls

Beloved brother we would send our love to you as we begin our service for tonight we would speak of the group souls which so many of you speak. There are others who maintain that you have a soul mate and you go through this life searching for your soul mate. Neither of these descriptions are the true explanation, nor are they entirely wrong. As you evolve through the levels of spirit you gravitate through these levels meeting others who are on the same wavelength as you are at the present moment. Those upon your present level will be attracted to you because you are the same as they are and your common band of love will ensure you draw very close to the whole group. At the same time you will love each of your group to such an extent that you would be quite happy to stay with them forever. So you have the group of spirits to whom you are attracted to because they are on the same level as yourself and you have the individual spirits to whom you are attracted and would be content to stay with them Upon the Earth plane there is the difference that you are mixing with a multitude of spiritual levels and when you meet someone from your own level they stand out like a beacon. You are so attracted to them that if you can, you will spend the rest of your life with them. There is a problem sometimes when you meet someone else from your own group, but that is another story.

So there you have the difference between the group soul who are a collection of a group of souls and a soul mate who is one of the group of souls.

In both cases you will find that when they have evolved a little more they will move to a higher group and you will meet them again when you rise to their level.

Both ways are partly correct and both ways apply to the spirit on Earth.
