Sitting 259: Why we don't tell you everything

Beloved brother we are here again with our love and our desire to serve our siblings. There are many things in this our life which are not understood by those of you upon the physical plane and though you have these thoughts that you should understand the relationship between the physical and the spiritual planes it is, unfortunately, quite impossible for you to have any conception of your real reasons for being here, even though your logical mind insists that this or that is the only possible way. Too many times do you fail to realise that if you understood the real way of life then there would be no use you coming here.

It is not that your spirit does not know, nor is it that you yourself cannot understand what it is all about. It is just that if you knew these things then you would not face your pathway in the way that you should. We who work for and with you would have a much easier time leading you where you need to go if you knew what it was all about so do not think that we do not tell you to make it harder for you or easier for us.

Another reason for you to have this knowledge hidden from you is that you would not believe us when we tell one person one thing and another person something else, but we are speaking the truth in both instances because the two people are leading their own separate lives, not only on the physical level but on the spiritual level as well.

There is always this teaching that when we die we will go and sit at God’s feet and glorify his name forever. We will say again that in the spirit realms you are developing yourself as you yourself wish to be and there is nothing more important to yourself than this. We are not slaves who must copy each other. We are not Automatons who will develop in a special way. We are Gods children and we have free will to go where we please, and forever to accomplish our goals.
