Sitting 263: Changing our priorities
Beloved brother once again we would draw close with our love and we would begin our service tonight by speaking of our right to change our priorities to better things as we walk forward into the light of our unfoldment.
We have talked before of our ability to alter our pathway to a different destination and we have also spoken of our free will to change our opinions when we learn to consider others in a different light.
These changes are, in a way, proof of our advancement. It is all a matter of our alteration to the new standards that we obtain as we gradually progress, for you cannot put new wine into an old skin, as it were, nor can you accept old rules when your new levels of consciousness make them redundant.
Without this ability to change as you go forward you would become bogged down in the same way that someone who changes his religion can no longer accept the old precepts.
Always remember that change is the norm and the unchangeable is dormancy.
