Sitting 282: The weather

Beloved Brother we are with you once again for tonight we would speak to you of the reason for the weather with its wonderful balmy days and its inclemental days and of the storms which affect all of the earth.

We have spoken before of the way the weather causes great troubles and catastrophes and how these troubles are used to promote times of travail which bring forth some of the lessons and trials leading to our unfoldment.

We would also point out that it also brings forth regeneration of each and every form of life upon this physical plane.

So much can be learned by the animals when drought is upon the land for when grass is scarce the herbivores go hungry and because of this there are less calves etc. born so that the meat eaters have less to eat and the young cubs do not develop properly or even remain unborn, which means there is less food for us all including us human animals so that we also learn the same lessons as the other animals.

All these lessons are stored away within our spirit in readiness for the time when these lessons will be useful to us and in this way we go forward, continually progressing in our quest to attain perfection.

Do not consider bad weather to be your enemy but think of it as an opportunity to learn to make the best of a trying experience.

Remember that this life on earth is the imaginary existence and that the spirit realms are the real ones.
