Sitting 335: Those who don't believe

Beloved Brother we are with you again in love and service that we shall be of service to all life.

Tonight we would speak of those who do not believe in a Creator or any other form of spiritual life after death.

Many of you feel that they should be pitied and enlightened as to the true situation and are convinced that the only thing which can be done to help these people is to try and convince them of the existence of our beloved Creator.

This is a situation which cannot be brought to their enlightenment for they are convinced that there is nothing beyond death and there is no proof or evidence which you can offer to enlighten them, nor is it possible to convince them that what you say to them is true. In fact they will turn your words against you and entrench their beliefs that there is no God by quoting various instances of catastrophes and others pain and suffering to prove their point saying that if there was a God he would not allow you to go through such pain.

There is no way that you can convince them or convert them to realise that there is a God, and you are in fact doing them a disservice because you are entrenching them in their beliefs. All you can do to help them is to steer away from the subject and leave it like that. You should, of course, realise that this path they are on is one they chose before they came to this incarnation and that in other lives they will be entirely different. You too will probably have lived a life like this or you may do so in the future so let them live out their own salvation or even lack of it for you must remember that all roads lead to God.
