Sitting 338: Loving your enemies

Beloved Brother once again we are here in love and service for tonight we would speak of loving thy enemy’s. To many of you who walk the earth plane loving thy enemy is a contradiction in itself for how can you love someone who hates you. Surely, you ask, how can you love anyone who sends you thoughts of utter hate. They may be filled with anger towards you and be ready at all times to do anything they can to injure and hurt you and yours.

When you meet a situation like this then the only thing you can fall back on is your knowledge that in reality they are your siblings, one of God’s children who has become, for any reason, angry against you even though you may or may not deserve it. If you have learned to love all life unconditionally then your task is easy for it matters not how they feel about you, for you will love them anyway, but if you are learning to be as good as you can then the only thing you can do is to take them in your thoughts and mentally surround them with your love whenever you think of them.

Telling them of your love will not help them but sending your thoughts of love will.

It is all you can do.
