Sitting 351: The ailing and those in need

Beloved Brother once again we are here in your sanctuary and we would think tonight of those who are ailing or in need. To many of you upon the physical plane there is no help and assistance for the ailments of the mind and body and this is so because of the religions who make no reference to their congregations about their ability to aid and assist others in times of need. Admittedly they try to emulate their masters when they give healing but you seldom hear that it is available to all and sundry and never to those of the unfaithful. This way of life falls far short of the way we should be performing our daily prayers. So many times we come across prayers who specify that only those of the faith should receive the gifts of God and the others should be left out in the cold. The ordinary people are not to blame for these things for they have not been taught to help and assist all life. It is those who are the teachers who are at fault for they actively encourage all their congregations to care only for the faithful, whilst knowing themselves that all life is sacred to God and should be treated as your brother.
