Sitting 374: Acts of service noticed

Beloved Brother once again we draw close to your sanctuary and as we draw near we are reminded of the many acts of service which come to our attention.

The healing which is sent out to all and sundry and the individual acts of healing are a pleasure to behold for we know of these acts and we see the bands of light which are sent as the healing act is performed.

We are, of course, only aware of these things in our meditations to enhance the healing acts, otherwise we would be inundated by the outside influences which are constantly around us. The same thing happens to yourselves whilst on earth when you are in a noisy City where the traffic noise impinges and interferes with your thought processes unless you shut them out, so that they become background noises.

By doing this we can communicate with a group of minds, or with a single mind, or even with our inner self.
