Sitting 44: Free will

Beloved brother we are with you once again as our work has almost finished in the new world. We were sorry to interrupt our writing but at least we know that you understand why we had to go.

Tonight we would talk a little about free will and explain why certain things happen on the earth. You have been told many times that you have free will to take the path which you choose to. This is one of what you would call Commandments and it is imperative that we do not interfere with your choice to walk the path you wish to. When we see someone doing something which is wrong we can only try to dissuade them from going ahead with what they have set their minds to do. We are not allowed to stop them even though we know that by going ahead with their actions they will have to suffer the consequences when they return to spirit.

It does not matter that many or even one will be affected by those actions because the results of your actions are not ours to be concerned with. Anything that is done is only the concern of the person who does it and, though we are aghast at some of these actions we cannot interfere.

With your lack of knowledge of how things really are you cannot see things in their true perspective but be assured that good will always come from everything which happens, even though you cannot see the rhyme or the reason for it.
