Sitting 458: Your health

Beloved Brother it is nice once again to draw close to your sanctuary for tonight we would speak about your health and all that you do towards keeping your body in reasonable health.

There are many ways that you can help yourselves and there are also many ways that you can hinder your state of health as you go through this life and it is not for us to tell you what you should do or not do for within your life’s experiences bad health will take its place, sometimes in short spells and at other times as lifelong ailments which are not, we would add, the effects of karma or punishments but are merely what your spirit wishes you to go through as lessons or experiences.

Always remember that whilst God has no desire to punish you, you will find that your own spirit will require you to learn these lessons.

In this way you grow and evolve so that you attain perfection before you leave the physical plane for the final time.

Beloved Brother once again we are here to join with others in sending love and healing to all who will benefit from it for this is the most important thing that each of us can do.

It is true that we unthinkingly send our love to all life whilst we are in the spiritual planes and it is the one thing we try to impress upon you of the physical plane but to a great many of you it makes no impression on your lives and we would like to stress upon you that in many ways this is how things should be for if you are to learn all things then you must learn that hate and greed and cruelty all have things to teach you which you cannot learn if you are kind and loving.

This being kind and loving is all right when the situation calls for it but you must also remember that sometimes it is better to teach the lesson of a quick sharp smack than to explain that naughtiness is not very nice for you can never be sure that your message has gone home, but the fear of another smack stays with you for a long time.
