Sitting 53: The meaning of life on earth

Beloved brother we would thank you for your work today. We have watched your preparations with approval.

Tonight we would talk to you about the meaning of life here on earth so that you may all understand the necessity of staying here and not knowing why you are unable to realise why you cannot be told what it is really like on the spiritual planes.

It seems to you that without this knowledge you cannot comprehend what you should do. Nor does it seem right that without this knowledge you are so apt to take the wrong pathway and it is therefore not logical that this state of affairs should be allowed to continue.

Believe us dear friend that when you come back home you will find that this situation is perfectly logical and that no matter which path you have taken during this lifetime it will all have turned out to be one which you needed to follow.

Remember that you live forever and if it takes a little longer to get to the position you wish to be in then it will not really matter how long it takes.

From our point of view it is not so much a matter of how long it takes as how well you have evolved and you will of course when you come back home.

Be assured that if there is anything which you need to know during your present incarnation then this knowledge will be given to you.

Even Jesus of Nazareth did not know everything, even though he was so advanced that he could instruct us that,
