Sitting 532: The lonely and friendless

Beloved Brother we are here again for once again it is time to assist our siblings in their search for enlightenment for we would tonight think of the lonely and friendless. There are so many of our kind who know not what it is to have a friend and though we know it is a part of life which is giving us the experiences we need to understand that we must learn to walk the path of the lonely it is also a time which we must learn to respect the loneliness and take from it the lesson that we must help and assist those who are going through these times. We wonder why these things should happen to us and we worry at the effect of this sort of life but we know that it is a vital lesson which can only be taught from experience and helps us to keep going when things seem to go wrong. Walking with another is and can be totally rewarding but when you are on your own there seems to be no let up from the grinding endless travail which never seems to come to an end until you suddenly look back and realise that it is all over and you come out of the situation realising just how much you have learned from the experience and how you appreciate your new found friends and your new found resolution that you can cope quite well on your own.
