Sitting 72: Reflections in puddles

As you walk on a path or along the street after a shower of rain you will often see a reflection of the sky or the trees in the puddles that have formed on the ground. These reflections can sometimes look very real to you in certain circumstances.

This is, in a way, very much like your perception of life on the earth. It seems so solid and so very real and yet it is only a reflection of the real life that you will lead when you, as it were, wake up from the dream of life on the physical plane and discover the true meaning of life in the spiritual sense.

Many things have been said concerning your life as spirit, some of them even seem to be contradictory when taken out of context or as the one, only, way, that things shall be like.

What you do not realise is that there are different ways of looking at the same thing and that when you try to describe the various aspects of the spiritual life in the strict words of the human language you are trying to describe all the lives of all the different peoples and their lifestyles of the human race by describing one solitary single person.

There are many more different lifestyles in the spiritual planes than there are nationalities on earth. We do not all live the same sort of life, nor do we all live to the same set of rules, nor do we live with the same set of goals. We would impress upon you that the story of your evolution is much the same, in so far as you are constantly evolving to a higher plane. But the roads that you take to get there and the way that you wish to evolve yourself and where you, at any present moment wish to attain, are solely and revocably yours to decide for yourself.

Many of you will decide to follow the path of your Creator. To create life in the form of your children, to create your Solar System so that they may experience the physical plane and to create your Galaxy so that your children may have their children Etc. Etc. Etc.

BUT, many of you will go along other paths and this choice is yours and yours alone so do not think for an instant that we are all going to be doing the same thing as everyone else.

We are all of us different on the earth, so why should we not all be different as spirits.
