Sitting 76: A busy life
As you walk upon this earth there are so many things to see and do that it gets a bit overwhelming. With so many people to meet and commune with it seems to be a continuous series of events from dawn to dusk as your life progresses and the little things happen which shape your life and bring you to a closer knowledge of all things physical. You cannot understand why you are here, nor can you see the rhyme or the reason for the things which happen to you.
A great many of you spend a great deal of time attempting to answer this question and some of you reach an impasse and believe you have the answer.
Believe us dear friends when we say that none of you except a very select few have the slightest inkling of the true reason that you are here, and if you did know then you might as well not be here for all the good being here would be to you.
We wonder, with a smile, how many of you will jump up and down exclaiming ‘That can’t be right, we must be able to work out why we are here, otherwise there is no use of us being here at all.
That is the whole point of your not knowing. If you could see in the dark you would not stumble and if you knew the winner of the next horse race the bookies would have been put out of business a long time ago. You can alter your life and you can change your ways. You can walk an uphill path or a downhill path. You can be sweetness and kindness or a grumpy old, or young, Git. But you cannot change your course of learning or the experiences you will go through.
Be as happy as you can, and be rich in life’s experiences, for that is the best that you can do for yourself.
