Sitting 114: The way of salvation

Beloved brother we are with you once again at the dawn of a new year or Era in your journey through this present life and we would speak to you tonight of the way of salvation which we all come up against during our incarnations.

Many of you suddenly find the light and from then on take steps to order your life so that God is your main driving force. To many it lasts a little while and to others it lasts a few years, then for others it lasts for the rest of your life and becomes a driving force which has a bearing on everything you do. For most of you this is a good thing to happen and much good work is done during your at-one-ment with our Creator. There are of course others who, in their zeal, will try to convert everyone they meet to their way of thinking and this in itself is no bad thing for they are only doing what their heart tells them they should be doing and they do alter the course of some peoples lives to a more religious path. There is also to be considered the slings and arrows which are sent to these people when they meet others of a different Ilk, and who are just as dogmatic as the one spreading the word. They will argue and sometimes even fight over their differences because they believe themselves to be exclusively correct in their interpretation of God’s will. What can be said about those who are this way inclined. You cannot argue with them because they are right and you are wrong, and you cannot persuade them for the same reason. We can only say to you dear siblings that the way to help them is to agree with them and walk away. We would remind you that their way of thinking is just as valid as your own way of thinking and that at some time during your incarnations on the earth you yourself will have thought their way. We would also draw your attention to the saying ‘Judge not lest ye be Judged’.
