Sitting 165: The way of progress

Beloved siblings we would walk with you for a short time so that we may impart a little understanding into your lives for we would have you know that the way of progress is not one where you go to the holy places so that you can glorify our Creator by song and prayers as you stand there before everyone declaring the wonders of the earth and sky.

The joining together when singing a hymn and the recitation of a prayer can be very uplifting when expressed in the correct manner, but how many times do we find that most of those in the congregation are only reciting the words in an unthinking manner so that they might as well be reciting the twelve times table for all the good they are doing. Have you no conception of the many reasons for holding a service to God. Do you honestly believe that the only ones there are the congregation. Believe us when we say that there are a host of spiritual guide as and helpers who attend each and every service no matter which denomination is holding the service. There are also those in spirit who found a church service to their liking and still regularly attend the earthly services. In addition to the spirits who are following the human line of evolution there are also a great many of the animal line who attend the earth services so that they may experience this form of worship as well as the forms of worship on the various levels of spiritual worship held in the spiritual churches.
