Sitting 166: Those who stay near us

As we gather tonight we would send our love to those who stay near those who are incarnating on the physical plane. These of our siblings who draw close to us sometimes for a little while and sometimes for long periods which may at times be for the whole of your incarnation, but not, we would add, for you alone. Many of your helpers are here to help a number of your siblings at the same time and not necessarily for the same reason for they do not attend to you all of the time as you may only require their assistance for 10 or 15 minutes per day. At other times they will help others and will include their own advancement along their pathway. There are those of you who will be surprised at what we have just said, believing as some of you do that your guides are here to help you alone.

We would ask you dear friends,

‘Do you spend all day and every day helping others.’?

The answer of course is no as you have your own life to live. Which is the same answer your guides would give if you asked them that question.

We all of us have time to help others in our daily lives just as we all have a duty to live our own life and we will repeat again that the most important service you can give is the service you give to yourself.
