Sitting 182: Time has no meaning

The glory that is our visible God shines upon us as each day of our life on earth presents itself.

Time, of itself, has no meaning for a minute can feel like an hour and an hour can fly past like a minute so let us not become obsessed with this earthly device. There are times when it can be a blessing and at other times it can be a curse so we would ask you to set aside a portion of each day when you can leave behind the hours and minutes and bring them into perspective and leave behind the earthly rat race for a period and learn during that time to treat every instant as a perfect moment in time which you wish would never end. With practise you will find that these perfect moments grow longer and longer and you will eventually become so relaxed and content that they will affect all of your waking moments and bring peace and harmony to your life.
