Sitting 22: Nothing goes to waste

As we walk on our pathway it is as well that we remember that everything we do, whether we get it right or wrong, has an effect on our future. We have said before that nothing goes to waste. Each event is arranged so that good comes from each happening. You know that there are times when we take a wrong turning and for a while we will walk on the wrong path. We find that after a while we return to the pathway we should be on, and continue on as before. Some of us believe that the times spent on the wrong path has been wasted and worry because they have lost that learning time. This is never the case because whilst you have strayed from the path you should be on you come up against other situations and other events which teach you things which, though they are not on your present agenda, you still need to experience and therefore instead of missing a lesson you just replace one lesson with a different one. In the area of our beloved Creator nothing is ever wasted and nothing is ever lost.

So be not concerned when you find you have gone astray a little because nothing has been lost, and, in fact, something else has been gained
