Sitting 54: The fathers of wisdom

Beloved brother, we would greet you with our love once again and we would talk to you tonight on the way of the fathers of wisdom who come to the earth so that they can lift the peoples of the earth with a little enlightenment.

Surely you can see as you look back over the progress of this civilisation as it has marched steadily on, little by little, and ever reaching a little higher in their quest for knowledge of a spiritual kind. Never before has the common man been so educated in his desire to assist and help those who are not so fortunate as themselves. We know that many individuals and many nations still seem to be in the dark ages with their greed and lust after power but this is gradually changing and indeed has been changing for many centuries now. Our fathers of wisdom have been busy with their work and have slowly brought their teachings into focus as it was required.

There is still a lot of work to be done and no one on the earth today will see the apex of this knowledge, though some of you will have come back when that time arrives. The scale of this period of enlightenment has nothing to do with the progress of our civilisation. It does however have everything to do with our own individual enlightenment.

Even now a great many of our brothers have reached that stage where they no longer need the classroom of the physical plane.

The present guild of spirits who are attending this plane at present are plodding along at a natural rate so be not alarmed with the present state of the earth. It has seen greater catastrophes than you could imagine and has survived. It will see many more and will continue to do so until Gods children no longer require it.
